Once you've signed the installation agreement, you'll be introduced to them as your primary contact on the Concierge team. We assign a duo of these expert Concierge team members to every homeowner, ensuring you have clear lines of communication and high-functioning operational experts on your side at all times.

Step 1: Site Survey

The first step in the solar installation process involves a comprehensive site survey. Our team will visit your home to assess your roof's condition, orientation, and shading, as well as evaluate your electrical panel and energy needs. This information is crucial for designing a system that's perfectly tailored to your home.

Step 2: Design & Engineering

Using the data collected during the site survey, our design team creates a custom solar system layout for your property. We use advanced software and 3D modeling to optimize panel placement for maximum energy production while maintaining aesthetic appeal.

Step 3: Permitting

We handle all the paperwork! Our team submits the necessary permits to your local building department and utility company. We work closely with these authorities to ensure a smooth approval process.

Step 4: Installation Day

This is the exciting part! Your home is now ready for installation. Our operations team will handle the delivery and setup of all the equipment specific to your installation agreement. Typically, this process involves mounting the solar panels, setting up the inverters, and wiring the system to your home's electrical panel, including connecting any batteries to the main service panel or subpanels as needed.

Step 5: Final Inspection

After the solar panel system is installed, it must pass a thorough inspection from local authorities and the utility company. We coordinate and prepare for this inspection to confirm your system's compliance with all safety and building codes.

Step 6: Permission to Operate & Activation

Once all inspections are passed, we submit the necessary documentation to your utility company to obtain Permission to Operate (PTO). Once approved, your system is activated and you can start generating clean, renewable energy!
