1. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options for equipment orders:

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on carrier availability and destination.
2. Delivery Area
We currently ship equipment to addresses within:
- California — All areas
- Texas — All areas
For shipping inquiries outside these areas, please contact us to discuss options.
3. Order Processing
- Processing time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days
- Same-day shipping: Orders placed before 2:00 PM PT may ship the same day (subject to inventory availability)
- Order confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details immediately after purchase
- Shipping confirmation: A separate email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress through the carrier's website.
If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at orders@joinesp.com.
5. Damaged or Lost Shipments
We take great care in packaging your order, but occasionally items may be damaged during transit.
If your package arrives damaged:
- Report within 48 hours: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage
- Keep all packaging: Retain the original packaging and damaged items until we provide further instructions
- Resolution: We will replace the damaged item or issue a full refund at our discretion
If your package is lost:
- Contact us if tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package
- We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or arrange a replacement
6. Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at orders@joinesp.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request if the order hasn't shipped yet. Once an order has shipped, we cannot change the delivery address.
