Pearl is a national network of vetted, certified home-improvement providers partnered with the U.S. Department of Energy, EnergyStar, the National Association of Realtors, and The Appraisal Institute. You receive an emailed Home Certification Report plus collateral for Realtors and Appraisers, and access to Green Door, Pearl's homeowner portal — research shows certified solar homes sell for more and sell faster.
Monthly Solar Health Check
Each month our technicians sweep your system to uncover any issues. You'll get a notification when the check is complete, plus a heads-up on anything we're following up on to keep performance optimal.
Prioritized Troubleshooting & Support
Service Plan subscribers are routed ahead of non-subscribers, so when something needs attention you get our team's focus first.
Performance Guarantee
We identify any system issue within 30 days of it occurring. If we miss the window, ESP pays for the actual production lost during downtime, based on historic data and/or comparable panels.
Annual Site Inspection
We schedule a yearly on-site visit at your convenience to verify critical components, check the integrity of roof seals and anchors, and identify any electrical or production issues.
20% Discount on Additional Services
Premier subscribers get a 20% off discount code on add-ons like Critter Guard, removal & reinstall for a re-roof, and other products & services. Reusable for as long as your subscription is active. (Not applicable to Service Plan renewals.)
